What I think of the Gay Marriage debate.

What I think of the Gay Marriage Debate

Christianity

So the "we might make God angry excuse is a made lie of lying." Don't get me wrong, I am a Christian and I love God. But the point is that we know the Gay people exist, but we don't know God exist, but deny gay people their rights on the off chance we might make God angry.

United States

The United States doesn't have a official religion, due to the fact that it is to diverse. So getting God angry shouldn't be in the argument anyways. And the government is not letting the public decide on its own community, which is how America works. Another point is that if this a free country except for gays, how would the rest of the world look at as. They already don't like us for interfering with problems that have nothing to do with us. When the government finally decides to let the citizens decide on its own peers and co-workers, then that would be one problem in the U.S. solved.

Why does it matter

Why does have gays married in this country even matter. It doesn't, there is now reason to restrict gay cause they are gay. It doesn't affect anything about the Unites States reputation, if anything have the argument in the first place is the most embarrassing part of the whole debate. Even if gays are allowed to marry, the rest if the world will look at us like, "I can't believe that there was an argument about this anyways."
